It’s an awesome thing to have the privilege to serve the Lord in the capacity of Pastor (servant) to the Lord’s people. It’s a huge responsibility and I am very blessed in the knowledge that is not me doing it but the Lord. I have been tried and tested and have failed many times, but by His grace and the blood of my Savior, I stand, held up by His arms. I have been at this for 40 years and I have learned one thing that is true. “It is not about me” it about the Lord’s church and what He wants. It’s not about numbers, it is not my calling to count the sheep, my calling is to teach the sheep, not entertain the goats.
